Ski Date March 19th
is available to HCS school students/families
HOW DO SKI DAYS WORK AT HCS? Ski days at Helena Christian School are considered school PE days. There is NO SCHOOL on campus. If you are not going skiing, we highly encourage parents and students to get out and take part in this PE day. Plan to do something actively fun! We do not provide chaperones, transportation or supervision for ski days. Parents/grandparents or another responsible adult over 18 can take your child up to the ski hill, enjoy the outdoors and spend time together. The only thing the school provides is getting you the discount to ski. Chaperones (parents or another responsible adult) also get a discount.
So in order for your child to participate, you or another responsible adult takes your child to the ski hill and spends the day with them. Please make sure to put yourself or the other responsible adult down as the chaperone to get the discount. Many of the HCS families participate in these ski days and look forward to it every year. It is a great time to try skiing/snowboarding if you have never done so. If you do not ski, try another active activity since there is NO SCHOOL on campus. Enjoy!
