Helena Christian School is looking for employees who have a passion for children and a great love for sharing Jesus and applying God's truth. All applicants must have a clear understanding of God's Word and provide a testimony of a relationship with Jesus.
All applicants must be a Christian who professes Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, accept without reservation the school's Statement of Faith, understand that Christian education is a calling, attend a Bible-believing church, have a love for children, and live a life as a follower of Christ.
Open Positions for the Upcoming School Year 2026-2027
Positions open for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year:
*HS Math Teacher with teaching a few electives
*HS Science Teacher with teaching a few electives
*Art Teacher part-time
*High School Volleyball Coach (August - October)
*After-school Worker (3:00-5:30pm every weekday with a few longer days)

​​We are always looking for:
​
Substitute Bus Drivers - To help with field trips, sports trips and substitute the route. You must have a CDL with passenger endorsement. We can assist in the process of obtaining the necessary licensing.

Substitute Teachers - For all grade levels. You do not have to have a teaching license or degree, just a love of children and the Lord.
​
Substitute Aides - We are looking for substitutes for the aide positions. The aides help the teachers and with lunch duty and recess duty.
​
Substitute After School Care Workers- We are looking for substitutes for the after-school program which operates 3:10pm - 5:30pm.
