Application Process and Application
We are pleased you are considering Christian education and specifically Helena Christian School for your family. We would love to answer any questions you may have about the school. You can contact us either via phone at 406-442-3821or by emailing admissions at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You are welcome to visit and we would love to give you a tour of our school and discuss how we can become a partner in your child's education and development.
To apply for your student's admission, complete the application available at the link to the right and submit it to the school. Upon the application, we will contact you.
Our Admissions Process:
In order to complete the admission process, all steps below need to be accomplished.
Step 1: Application
Submit completed Online Application and non-refundable application fee of $27. An email is sent to the school to inform us of an application. Our admissions person will reach out to you.
Step 2: New Student Testing
Bring your student in for new student assessment testing- we will contact you to schedule upon receipt of the application
Please bring the most recent transcript, report card, progress report and/or IEP information (if your student has ever had one).
Step 3: Family Interview
Attend an Interview - we will contact you to schedule after your New Student Testing is complete and a report card or transcript have been submitted.
After your family interview, we will contact you for next steps.
Step 4: Enrollment
After completing the testing, submitting any additional required information and having a family interview, you will be sent an enrollment packet via email.
The enrollment packet must be completed and required papers turned in before students will be enrolled into classes.
There is an enrollment fee for K-12th students and an enrollment and supply fee for all preschool students. Please see Tuition and Fees for current fees.
